An evening of reflection, meditation and community connection
Join us inside the chapel at Thanks-Giving Square for an evening of gratitude-focused meditation led by Kate Waitzkin and The Refuge. Feel free to bring a meditation cushion or any props to make you comfortable while seated. No need for a yoga mat as this will be a seated practice.
